Flexibility and Strength Yoga
If you’ve ever taken a yoga class, you
know that it’s all about lengthening and strengthening your body.
Exercising with yoga will help lengthen ligaments, tendons and muscles
while increasing your overall body flexibility, especially if done on a
daily basis. Yoga is also excellent for teaching you how to use each
part of your body during daily activities. Many of us don’t fully
utilize or muscles and ligaments like we should, but with yoga, you
learn and understand how to use your body over time.
